CNC Operator / Programmer

We are seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator who has an interest in growing within their role to become a Designer / Engineer. Candidates should have a background in making and an inquisitive nature which promotes learning through doing.

Designer / Engineer

This is a mid-level position that requires experience in and knowledge of CAD / CAM (Cabinet Vision, Mozaik) as well as contemporary woodworking and cabinetry assembly techniques and machinery. You will be expected to communicate with clients, working from client-provided information to complete the design/engineering drawings to be used for their approval, as well as create shop book and install drawings, source and understand project-specific hardware, and occasionally program / operate our 3- and 5-axis CNC.

Woodshop Technician

This is a mid-level position that requires experience in and knowledge of general woodworking, woodworking machinery and fabrication techniques. You will be expected to work both independently and with a team to build custom furniture and cabinetry from start to finish, that is, from CNC milled parts to final assembly. With increased experience, this position has the ability to grow into a Senior Woodshop Technician role and take on more exciting and experimental projects that are self-directed.

Finisher

This is a mid-level position that requires experience in and knowledge of spraying and hand-applying finishes on high end wood furniture and millwork. Having an eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential to this role. With increased experience, this position has the ability to grow into a Senior Finisher role and take on more exciting and experimental projects that are self-directed.
