Project Proposal (4-6 weeks)

Design

Choose from our array of design options or work with us to bring your design vision to life. Whether you have detailed renderings or a napkin sketch, we’ll pinpoint the exact design, construction and finish to achieve the product you envision.

We use the leading industry software to provide clear communication from design conception to fabrication to installation, ensuring you receive all the anticipated details in your product upon completion. We’ll create shop drawings for your review, and only move forward with fabrication once we receive your approval

Client Approval

Fabrication (10-12 weeks)

Our 24,000 sq ft woodshop is outfitted with a 5-Axis Pod and Rail CNC Machine, a 3-Axis Flat Table CNC Machine, a Hot Press, and (most importantly) a team of highly skilled woodworkers, which allow us to fabricate complex, precise and dynamic furniture and millwork pieces.

Our line of premium finishes are expertly developed in-house. We offer sprayed conversion varnish, oil-rubbed, bleached, brushed, burnt wood, and other specialty finishes and treatments. We’ll create finish samples for your review until we find the perfect one for your project.

Completion

Final Payment

Delivery

The project is not complete until it safely reaches our client’s project site. We’ll coordinate with your trusted courier, and provide secure packaging and detailed assembly instructions as needed. If you prefer to work with our white glove delivery team, we’ll ensure your custom furniture piece is delivered and placed in your room of choice with the utmost care.

Installation (1-4 days)

We’ll coordinate with your trusted courier and installer, and provide secure packaging and detailed installation instructions as needed. If you prefer to work with our installation time, we’ll expertly install your custom millwork piece as a seamless addition to your home.

Although our projects are primarily based in Greater Philadelphia, Greater New York City, and the Washington Metro Area, we can service anywhere in the country. If your project is located outside of the Northeast Region, we kindly request that you coordinate with your trusted courier and contractor to handle delivery and installation.
